8. SPAGHETTI WITH PORK LIVER MOUSSE SAUCES

a2 INGREDIENTS
  • 200gr cooked spaghetti
  • 150ml tomatoes sauces
  • 50gr Pate Royal Pork Liver Mousse with Cognac
  • 5gr brown narcissus mushroom
  • 5gr white narcissus mushroom
  • 5gr original mushroom
  • 5gr chives, well-chopped
  • 10gr Cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper
a2 METHOD
  1. Boil the water to cook spaghetti with a pich of salt for about 7-10 minutes according to direction on the package.
  2. Set a non-stick pan on highest heat with a dash of olive oil, sear the mushrooms and stir quickly, remove from the pan and let sit aside
  3. Pour tomatoes sauces into the pan, add Pate Royal and well – mixed it with the sauces, drain the cooked spaghetti and add to the sauces, mix in the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper and place it into dish.
  4. Garnish the dish with Cheddar Cheese and chives
