3. MULTILAYER SANWICHES WITH PATE CHEESE

a2 INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Sandwiches
  • 30gr Pate Royal Pure Pork Mousse With Espelette Pepper
  • 20gr Chedar cheese
  • 10gr Bunapi mushroom, diced
  • 10gr Bunashimeji mushroom, diced
  • 10gr mushroom, sliced
  • 20ml cooking cream
  • 50gr purple lettuce, separate leaves
  • 5gr soften butter
  • 2 branch of fresh thyme
  • 10ml Latino Bella olive oil
a2 METHOD
  1. Heat the pan with olive oil and stir-fry the mushrooms, add thyme and stir for 3 minutes.
  2. Add cream and let it thicken a little bit, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Toast the sandwiches and spread butter on a side, then spread the pate on it.
  4. Spoon the hot mushroom cream onto the sandwich, add cheese and finally garnish its top with a leaf of purple lettuce.
