Based in Aixe-sur-Vienne, in the heart of the Limousin region, in the southwest of France, the company ARNAUD, has been perpetuating the French charcutière tradition of Pâtés and Rillettes since 1950.
Conserverie Arnaud has managed to preserve its traditional “savoir-faire”, which ensures the quality of its products, while adapting itself to the new industrial techniques. Conserverie Arnaud perpetuates thereby the balance between tradition and modernity, respecting the environment and for everybody’s delight.
A development built on solid foundations.
The Conserverie des Tuilières was born in an entrepreneurial family, who attaches great importance to their customers’ satisfaction. From the craft butcher to the cannery today, Arnaud’s family pursues a real French charcutière tradition for three generations.
Its recipes are the result of culinary master achievements of the Limousin region, to propose WHOLESOME and NATURAL products:

In order to satisfy the consumer demand, whether in terms of traceability and food safety or in taste, the Conserverie Arnaud listens to its clients and invests and innovates regularly.
All the machines and facilities are both cleaned and disinfected every day after production, in order to ensure an optimal hygiene conditions.
The manufacturing process is fully controlled by the quality system, that ensures the conformity of the products and their traceability from the receipt of raw materials up to the delivery to the clients. For that, Conserverie Arnaud exploits for over twenty years the HACCP method (Hazard analysis and critical control point), in order to ensure the control food safety and the customers’ satisfaction.
